This round pendant light brings together weathered oak, a reclaimed metal cask hoop and a single hanging bulb. I make it by hand in my small workshop near Loch Lomond, giving materials from Scotland's whisky trade a new place in the home.
Handmade with respect for the wood
The original metal hoop frames the timber, with an oak cross stave supporting the bulb holder. The circular form sets this lamp apart from my long stave pendants. Variations in the wood and metal are part of its individual character.
