Welcome to Barrel Craft Studio. Everything we make is handcrafted to order from genuine reclaimed Scotch whisky casks near Loch Lomond, so each piece is one‑of‑a‑kind. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Orders & made‑to‑order timing

  • Every item is handmade to order, so no two are exactly alike.

  • After you order, we'll email confirmation with the estimated timeline for your specific piece.

  • Making time is typically 3–14 days depending on the item (bespoke pieces may take a little longer — we'll let you know when you order).
     

Payment

  • Payment is taken at checkout.

  • We accept major credit and debit cards and the other methods shown at checkout.

  • Prices are in GBP and are final. We are not VAT‑registered, so no VAT is added.
     

Shipping & delivery

  • UK delivery is free.

  • We ship worldwide, with a few exceptions where reliable, compliant delivery isn't possible (for example, South Korea). International shipping is calculated by weight and shown at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery is 3–14 days after dispatch, depending on destination.

  • Tracking is emailed when your order ships. We can't be responsible for carrier delays once a parcel has left us.

 

Returns & refunds

  • Because every item is handmade to order, we can only accept returns if your item arrives damaged or defective.

  • If something's wrong, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order (a photo helps) and we'll put it right.

  • For damaged or defective items, we cover return postage.

  • Approved refunds are issued within 30 days of us receiving the returned item.

 

Cancellations & changes

  • Need to change or cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. As items are made to order, we may not be able to cancel once work has begun.

 

Reclaimed character

  • Our pieces are made from reclaimed casks. Natural marks, grain variation, original distillery stamps and patina are part of the character — not faults.
